We operate 9 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. Our team of guides, drivers, camp and operations staff are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in bringing our guests on the adventure of a lifetime. The Roles We have multiple positions available in our Drysdale River Station, situated in a stunning remote location on the Mitchell Plateau. All meals and accommodation are included. Reservations/Admin Assistant Duties will include but are not limited to; Taking bookings from the general public for our campground with 100 sites Managing the reservations of the cabins and assisting with room allocations for our tour groups Providing administrative support to the Lodge Manager Answering phone calls and customer queries Engaging with the guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience Shop Supervisor Day-to-day management of our roadhouse shop and petrol station Providing exceptional customer service Helping customers fill their vehicles with fuel Taking bookings for the tyre shop Stock management and helping to unload supply trucks Confidently use and update the POS system Requirements About You You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable customer service, have great organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for the outdoors and sharing special places that make Australia a location to remember. The ideal candidates will have: The ability to start ASAP Able to get themselves to Darwin (we will organise everything from there) Exceptional verbal communication skills with a knack for making people feel at ease Ability to solve problems without compromising on the delivery of exceptional guest experiences Relevant administrative experience First Aid Certificate Minimum 2’ years experience in any relevant positions Benefits An attractive salary The amazing opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing tourism business.
