As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service and showcasing a love for the brand. You will lead by example, coaching and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets. Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and styling expertise. Assist with training new hires and conducting ongoing training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty. Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products and create an inviting shopping environment. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and inventory counts. Qualifications: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
