National Pooling Equipment Administrator - Hawthorn East — Hawthorn East, Boroondara Area

About the role You'll be supporting the National Pooling Equipment Team, the National Reuseable Assets Manager and the National Pooling Equipment Manager by managing administration tasks, producing weekly reporting and put together data analysis. Other ways you can make an impact: Investigating CHEP/Loscam invoice variances through data analysis and other methods to provide the business with variance/loss reporting Provide data analysis on request. Compiling weekly reports to the business on budget and DC performance. Processing CHEP, Loscam and dehire transport carrier invoices. Managing the team mailbox and other administrative tasks. Manage the data and reporting for the quarterly national stocktakes. About you and your skills Experienced in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint and MS Visio. Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, particularly the use of data analysis formulas. Previous experience with MS Access, in particular building queries and forms. Experience managing reconciliation and payment of invoices Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written. An understanding of supply chain logistics, particularly pooling equipment and experience with warehouse management systems and SAP would be an advantage.
