About the Role: Are you a natural leader with a passion for optimising processes and empowering teams? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role within the College of Sport, Health, and Engineering, working hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager. As a key member of the College's integrated administrative team, you'll lead and inspire the student resource management team, ensuring seamless scheduling, workload management, and sessional contracting processes. Your energy, problem-solving prowess, and collaborative spirit will be essential in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the student experience. You'll be based within the vibrant and collaborative College of Sport, Health, and Engineering, which offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. You will report directly to the Operations Manager, working closely to achieve the College's strategic goals. Your team will consist of skilled administrators responsible for scheduling timetabling, managing resource workloads, processing sessional contracts, and generating reports on student enrolment trends, course offerings, and student feedback. This is a full time position at a HEP 6 classification, with the salary range of Step 1 $85,667 per annum - Step 5 $92,728 per annum plus 17% Superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week over a fixed term contract period for 12 months. Duties: An example of duties you may perform will include: Provide mentorship and support your team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of administrative services like scheduling, workload management, and sessional contracts. Plan, implement, and manage the allocation of resources to ensure the smooth operation of the College's diverse programs, taking into account student enrolment trends and course offerings. Analyse data, identify opportunities for enhancement, and work with College Operations Manager to implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the student experience.
