About the Role: The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the educational experience of students by assisting in administrative tasks and facilitating communication between staff, students, and parents. Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Head of Years, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist in maintaining accurate records related to student attendance, behaviour, and academic progress. Coordinate communication between the Year Head, teaching staff, students, and parents/guardians. Assist in the organisation of events, programs, and initiatives related to student welfare and academic support. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Year Head. About You: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with stakeholders. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
