Position Profile: The Information and System Performance Directorate (ISPD) in the Department of Health is seeking a motivated person for the role of Project and Administration Officer within the Data Linkage Services team of the Data and Information Systems business unit. As Project and Administration Officer you will: Assist in the preparation of business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, and meeting reporting requirements in line with the established agency project management methodology. Provide administrative support in the development and implementation of Data Linkage and related projects within the directorate, including risk analysis, identifying interdependencies and using resources to maximise efficiencies, assisting with communication plans and cost benefit analysis where appropriate. Provide HR support to the Unit, including processing HR forms and support with recruitment processes. Contribute to the provision of comprehensive, consolidated and standardised reporting related to the project activities and directorate program of works to the Executive of the Department. Maintain knowledge of all Department Data Linkage functions, products and services and provides advice and assistance to stakeholders in relation to aspects of these, as required. Assist with implementing and maintaining project management policies and procedures for the Unit, making recommendations to the Team Leader, Data Linkage Strategy where process improvement opportunities are identified. Assist with the management and maintenance of the Department of Health Data Linkage Western Australia website and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure pages are maintained and available. This may include contributing to the redevelopment of the content on external websites and communication platforms, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of additional social media and communication platforms to facilitate the delivery of data linkage services and real-time updates to key stakeholders, as required. Provide secretariat support to bodies established as part of the Department of Health Data Linkage Governance Committee Framework, including Steering and Advisory Committees, Program Control Groups, and Working Groups, as required.
