This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office. What the day will look like Your day will be busy with administration and client servicing, which will be the key to your success Some of your responsibilities include: Interfacing with potential clients through several channels, such as email, inbound and outbound phone calls Providing administration support to our Brokers including the insurance policy renewal process and project tasks Assisting our Brokers with quotations for commercial insurance products and obtaining Insurer documentation such as Certificates of Currency Following up outstanding accounts including payments/refunds Preparing and lodging insurance policy requests to be processed in an accurate and timely manner Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service Contribute towards team KPIs and sales targets Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title. Skills and experience that will lead to success This role is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start their Insurance Broking Career, who prides themselves on strong attention to detail, administration skills and is client service focused. Administration experience supporting client accounts (highly regarded) Insurance experience would be beneficial but we can train the right person Able to build strong relationships and thrive in a team environment Team player who loves working towards common goals and assisting the team to achieve targets Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Competent with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and any CRM Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification (highly regarded) Passionate about your career and enjoy being exposed to learning and development Ongoing training and mentoring will be provided, to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
