THE ROLE Provide comprehensive administration support for the Advertising team, serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns, from initial planning to final implementation. Work directly with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives, offering personalized support and guidance throughout the process. Plan and oversee the creation of print and digital advertising campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, production staff, and external resources to deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and provide insight and updates to the manager, offering recommendations for optimization as needed. ABOUT YOU Comprehensive technical knowledge with the ability to easily grasp advanced CRM software. Very well organised, with the ability to work at a fast pace, time-manage, prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines with a thorough attention to detail.
