The Role Not only will you provide quality Level 2/3 support to internal users nationally, you will be responsible for the design, testing, configuration and maintenance of EUC solutions. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Utilising automation to enhance the end user experience Hardware assessments and testing Software packaging and deployment Regular performance checks and maintenance Provide end-user support. Your Profile You will have demonstrable experience in a similar EUC/Desktop role and have experience in the following: Building and maintaining SOE's Working experience with Intune/AutoPilot MS Teams MDM and MAM solutions.
