Role: The Key Responsibilities of the role are as follows: Provide confidential high level administrative support including word processing, data base and spread sheet applications, resource preparation, and capability to produce advanced desktop published documents and utilise a number of computing applications. Maintain effective time management practices including coordinating diary appointments and schedule appointments for the Leadership Team and Teaching Staff. Monitor and screen incoming telephone calls and correspondence to the office and where necessary direct these to the appropriate areas. Under the direction of the Principal, management of the casual and temporary workforce - attending to the replacement of staff on leave through the Teacher Relief and Contract Employment Register (TRACER) for teaching staff, and seeking out replacement for the support staff on leave. Knowledge of HR policy and procedures to ensure legislative and procedural requirements are adhered to. Maintain Leave Register and ensure applications for the leave are recorded in MyHR Employee Self Service. Student enrolments - One School Data Entry. QParent Administrator; Student permission forms. Accounts receivable - receipting, banking, follow-up on late payments. ID Attend - maintaining student attendance records. Maintaining Key Register. Archiving and file maintenance and records archiving. An ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and attributes: OneSchool experience is preferred. Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team environment. Demonstrated high level of communication skills. Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills. Proven ability to work independently, achieving quality outcomes. Professional discretion. Ability to confidently acquire the knowledge needed to fulfil the above skills and responsibilities.
