Project Officer, Grant Administrator and Reporting Salary: $74,580 - $90,558 (Plus Superannuation) Fixed term (2 years) Usual hours of work: Full (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available) The Role The Project Officer - Grant Administrator and Reporting supports delivery of initiatives administered by the Program Management team that focus on supporting grassroots community sport and active recreation organisations. These initiatives are delivered in consultation or partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including the Participation and Sector Development unit within Sport and Recreation Victoria, state sporting associations, state sport and recreation bodies, regional sports assemblies and other key stakeholders. The successful applicant will be expected to: Manage aspects of the delivery of the high volume, small value grant programs and assigned projects and business initiatives under supervision, ensuring project objectives are met. Prepare briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; edit written communications to ensure they contain the information necessary to achieve their purpose and meet audience needs; ensure appropriate style and formats are used. Initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships with representatives of the Victorian community sport and active recreation sector to support the delivery of agreed programs and projects. The Team The position of Project Officer - Grant Administrator and Reporting forms a part of the Sport and Recreation Victoria branch within the Sport and Experience Economy Group. It is expected that you will be able to prepare an array of processes and resources to support the accurate collection of data and information on initiatives, projects and case studies throughout the lifecycle of the project.
