Your duties will include… Lead and execute the creation of compelling marketing content and implement across all channels, including digital, social media, website and EDM's; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; Attend and oversee photography and videography property shoots; Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth and support business objectives; Analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns; Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into the marketing and social media strategy; Creating and scheduling social media content across various channels; Writing and designing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions; Coordinating the production and distribution of print collateral such as flyers and brochures; Assisting with developing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok; including internal teams, external vendors, and media partners; and Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. To succeed in this role you'll have Previous experience in a similar role; Experience within digital marketing and social media; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A strong attention to detail; High level organisation, prioritisation and time management skills; A focused, driven and motivated personality; The ability to multitask; A strong work ethic and positive outlook; High level problem solving skills; A strong computer skill set; An exceptional customer service ethos; A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks; The ability to work both in a team and autonomously; Exceptional follow up.
