Processing Officer – Part time (0.6) We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated, and organised Administration Officer to join our Aquatic Industry Services team on a part time basis where you will deliver outstanding customer service to LSV’s aquatic industry clients. Reporting to the Aquatic Industry Services Coordinator, you will work as part of a small but dynamic team to: schedule in Pool Safety Assessments and Mystery Guest Visits with aquatic industry clients, process memberships for the SwimSafe and Watch Around Water Campaign , administer online pool safety assessment whilst updating the database, and maintain the shared inbox of the Aquatic Industry Services Team. You will be an experienced Administration Officer with outstanding customer service and organisational skills. You will possess a high level of attention to detail particularly when you issue invoices and handle excel reports. You will be a natural problem-solver and can think on your feet. Relevant administration experience working with volunteers, not for profit or a similar workforce and knowledge of or interest in water safety, lifesaving, Life Saving Victoria, Surf Life Saving Australia and Royal Life Saving Society Australia highly regarded.
