The principal focus of this role is the planning, management and administration of organisational projects for our clients. Tasks, duties and responsibilities include working as a full-time assignee on the projects of our clients : Advise senior managers on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions while collecting, analysing and validating data associated with projects and programs undertaken, including reporting on project outcomes; Develop and manage the projects portfolio master schedule on a capital project portfolio and review and negotiate variations to projects and services; Manage paperwork associated with projects and services, which we provide, overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders; Mentor and support PMO Solutions client's project management community to uplift project management capability and skills and respond, manage and resolve contracts, programs and projects inquiries and problems; Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the client activities and respond to inquiries by resolving problems concerning projects and services provided; Review the outcome of the project management system's audit and plan the required actions to clean up the data and work as a full-time assignee to PMO Solutions clients; Work with all projects and programs stakeholders, project managers, architects, engineers and subject matter experts and others to ensure that the goals and objectives are met. To be considered you will need an appropriate Diploma level or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience in project administration OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience as a project administrator.
