We are seeking for an experienced System Administrator with a strong background in insurance and financial services. Job Opportunity: VisRes Pro System Administrator (3) About Us: We are seeking for an experienced VisRes Pro System Administrator with a strong background in insurance and financial services or risk and savings high impact environments. Role Details: Position: System Administrator Employment Type: Temporary Location: Cremorne, Victoria Start Date: Immediate Duration: Initial contract of 2-3 months with high potential for ongoing work. Hourly Rate: $30 - 33 per hour (non-negotiable) plus super Start Date: ASAP Hybrid work environment with a dedicated day at Cremorne office. Work Hours: 9 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Flexible start/end times once independent. Team currently comprised of individuals over 30s, with most over 40/50 years of age. Responsibilities: Basic administration and validation tasks. Verify high-volume competency files (e.g., Driver licenses, Qualifications, Trades tickets, First Aid Certs). Maintain high attention to detail and ensure document integrity. Escalate any issues or concerns over suspected fraudulent items immediately. Maintain high compliance standards to avoid significant implications from non-compliance. Validate competency records to verify SHEQ compliance in internal systems. Validate individual compliance records such as Drivers License, Tickets, Certificates, etc. Ideal Candidate: Experience with high-volume administration Exposure to SHEQ Compliance records (advantageous but not required). Computer literate and able to adapt to new systems. Capable of working independently and within a team. Advantageous if experience includes support validation, such as loan processing. Current team members have backgrounds in financial services or risk and savings with high detail, high impact environments. High potential for ongoing work depending on workload and team needs. Previous experience with high-volumes and keen eye for detail is a must. Worker may be required to be in the office more during their first week until VPN access is provided. Able to work in the office more frequently if preferred. Someone who has had a career and is now looking for a temporary role. Suited to an ‘older’ individual passionate about their work. Must be dedicated, engaged, and able to persevere with training and learning. Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Working Holiday or Student visa holders are not being considered.
