Seeking an experienced Branch Administration Training & Compliance Coordinator to assist with admin training and compliance based out of Perth. About the Role To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Branch Administration Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our Perth branch. You will support the branches with in-person & virtual on-boarding and refresher Training for all Administration & Customer service-related processes. This role will entail travel. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and compliance. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for branch staff. Coordinate and facilitate in-branch process conformance assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Provide support and guidance to staff on administrative and compliance issues. Assist in the development and updating of manuals, process documents and LMS. Key Skills and Experience: 2-3 Years proven experience in Training, Coaching, and mentoring in a previous role. Strong communications skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in ability to document processes and develop training material. Pronto & Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge highly desirable.
