Due to continued workflows this team has a new opportunity for another team administrator to join the firm working on mostly urban development and mixed-use developments. About the opportunity: You will work closely with authors and Partners within the team, as well as having the support of the administrative team. Day to day you will be: conducting and reviewing property searches; file openings and archiving; assisting paralegals and authors within the team; preparation of monthly billing and trust account receipting; drafting and preparing legal correspondence; and general administration, liaising with clients and diary management. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: experience with monthly billing in a similar role (administration, PA or EA); excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills and administration experience; ability to work as a team and autonomously to manage your own workload; and a passion for customer service and strong client relationship skills as this role will see you as a key client contact.
