This vital role offers the opportunity to manage data and administrative processes with precision and efficiency. You’ll tackle routine tasks and distinctive challenges alike, making this position perfect for individuals who thrive on accuracy and enjoy problem-solving. You’ll be involved in: Act as the system administrator for our suite of software systems, including Coach Manager, MT Data, Navman, Mixtelematics, STEMS, Guardian, Work Diary Mate, AlcoConnect, BEAT, and Wex. Manage user profiles and oversee various authorizations and approvals within our software systems. Generate and review compliance and audit reports. Ensure streamlined operations and strict adherence to the National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL). Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed. The boxes you'll tick: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in learning and utilizing multiple online systems, along with a strong understanding of NHV regulations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly master company-specific systems and processes. In-depth knowledge of transport industry standards.
