Provide administrative support to the Central Sterilising Services Department (CSD) and Theatres. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outline above. Provide administration support to the Nurse Manager - CSD and Nurse Unit Manager - Theatres. Coordinate Work Unit Guidelines and Procedures for each area ensuring review timelines are achieved. Monitor incoming correspondence and emails, determine priorities and direct to appropriate action officer. Coordinate meetings, produce and distribute agendas and minutes as required.
