Programs Administrator – Pathways Programs Working with the Program Coordinator, Pathways Programs you will be helping to recruit volunteers and get them screened and onboarded, help to find ways to engage and retain volunteers, ensure there are enough volunteers for events, perform administrative tasks as needed, ensure that staff have all information needed to run the program on the day, attend the programs as needed and help us to monitor and report on the program. We are seeking someone who has strong organisational, communication and computer skills, who has great relationship and interpersonal skills and is able to deal with high volume of workloads. A bonus if you have experience using a CRM system, experience with the full process of volunteer management from recruitment through to on the day and experience in managing projects and events. This is a part-time role based in Geelong. You will need to be able to attend in-person activities in Geelong as well as travel into the Melbourne to attend meetings and events.
