WHAT YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH DOING: As a Contract Administrator you will - Monthly reports - Review quotes - Approve claims - Procurement - Generate purchase orders - Manage subcontractor relationships - Subcontractor variations - Prepare agreements - Contractor completion tasks - defect management - Ad hoc tasks ARE YOU A FIT: In order to excel in this role, you will have existing experience as a Contract Administrator within Australia working on commercial construction projects. Ideally you will have experience in the multi-level medium or high rise but general commercial construction is acceptable. You will be passionate, focused on quality, focused on safety and achieving milestones of the project while managing strong relationships with the sub-contractors and maintaining high level communication to stakeholders. You will be autonomous, someone who can problem solve and someone who can think outside the square.
