Administrative Services Officer, Migration — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

Full time maximum term position up to 18 months (part time considered) Salary based on experience, range: $56,196- $76,425 (pro rata) plus super Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model About the role:As an Administrative Services Officer you will provide general administrative support for the VLA Migration team, including, but not limited to, intake and triage, Word Processing, data entry, managing spreadsheets, calendar management, editing and collating materials. You will be responsible for scheduling client appointments and assisting clients to complete specific forms and compile necessary documents pertaining to their specific case. You will also co-ordinate and maintain administrative procedures and systems, including uploading and maintaining information the Migration team's data and resources including procedural manuals and country information. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you:As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Demonstrated proficient administrative skills and experience, with high level attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Strong coordination, time-management and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Proven ability to work both independently and under supervision in a team environment, with demonstrated ability to adapt to organisational change. Sound computer skills and competence using a range of software and online applications (such as MS word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, one note and data entry).
