The role As the General Manager Operational Administration, you will form a dynamic team by leading and managing the operations, resources and staff of the Operational Administration Branch ensuring outcomes identified in the Departments Strategic Plan by providing coordination and governance functions for the whole Division and ensuring an effective, consistent and integrated approach to service delivery as a regulator and provide leadership of the administration and regulation of the Mining Rehabilitation Fund. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic legislative reforms and policy relevant to the operations of the Resources and Environmental Compliance Division. The role is also responsible for leading stakeholder focused and cost-effective business services, contribute to community engagement activities and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate service delivery. You will bring to the role your ideas and implementation of initiatives and programs and your ability to manage human, financial and information resources and high level of management skills.
