This position will be required to process referrals in a timely manner and manage associated tasks to support service delivery priorities. The position is required to action multiple dashboards and email accounts through use of the HCC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Health Contact Centre supports staff in the Preventive Health team to work from home up to 50% of their allocated shifts. About the Health Contact Centre: The HCC is part of the Queensland Government's commitment to addressing the growing demand in health services in Queensland. The HCC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week delivering confidential telephone assessment and information services to the people of Queensland. The HCC strives to educate and empower people to make informed choices about their health and health care, promoting better health through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice. Your Key Responsibilties: Provide end-to-end service delivery for the HCC CRM system, by ensuring that client referrals are efficiently and accurately recorded and responded to in a timely manner. Processing external referrals through Kiteworks, and other platforms, and making contact with and responding to General Practitioners via GP Connect and email. Send resources to clients and stakeholders via email and post. Provide administrative support to the Preventive Health Team, including, Quitline and Way to Wellness, including managing uncontactable processes, and merging records. Engage with clinicians regarding requirements for referral and program participation. Provide backup administration support for other systems and services as required. Interact with various individuals and teams across the HCC in support of the services they offer to customers.
