About the role We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity available in our Business Support team within our Network & Infrastructure Division. As the Team Lead Contract Administration, you will oversee and provides advice and support to the Network & Infrastructure Division on contract administration ensuring compliance with PTA policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be required to lead and facilitate contract administration, including monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will also be required to administer contract registers and systems, and coordinate administration support to the team. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience in procurement and contract administration activities as well as knowledge and understanding of contract management. Well-developed leadership and management skills in order to provide clear advice, directions and appropriate feedback to team members, and other internal and external stakeholders as required. Demonstrated initiative in implementing new procedures and work practices for business improvement. Experience in supervising and facilitating teams to ensure customer service levels are achieved. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders and provide clear and succinct information and advice. Well developed organisational skills to manage a range of diverse tasks with competing priorities including ability to use initiative and work independently, as well as coordinate, monitor and progress projects to achieve goals and objectives. Proven ability to analyse data and undertake research. Well-developed problem-solving skills as well as the ability to negotiate and influence when required. You can expect.
