They're seeking an experienced Administrator/Project Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, schedule jobs, dispatch technicians and liaise with all parties. Your past experience will ensure you have your finger on the pulse at all times. Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, ordering materials and equipment, managing technicians & their schedules, & ensure that all safety procedures are followed & all necessary permits and documentation are in order. Manage records of each job, including the materials used, labour costs, & other relevant information, & ensure that they are accurate & up to date. Monitor the inventory of equipment and materials to ensure that there is an adequate supply on hand, & work to replenish any items that are running low. Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, including following up with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Manage office supplies & equipment. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an admin/scheduling or coordinator role Exceptional customer service skills Ability to show empathy and communicate on all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills Experience with Service Mate software advantageous, but not essential How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
