About the role We are delighted that due to the continued success and growth of our East Metals Quarries Division, we have a vacancy for a full time/permanent Administrator at our Townsville Office. The role will be responsible for providing all-round administrative support to allow the Team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products and services to customers, supporting key administrative functions and ensuring the day-to-day business runs smoothly. Candidates must reside in the Townsville region. What you will be doing Providing administrative support to the team; Ensuring visitors are signed in and inducted; Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies; Warehouse and movement of freight; Booking travel for team members as required; and Processing and completing work orders in consultation with site supervisors. What you will bring 2 years' experience in a similar role within an industrial environment (essential); Tertiary qualifications in business administration or related (desirable); Must have current Open driver's license Obtain relevant police checks Highly developed computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite (experience using SAP would be highly regarded); High attention to detail and a head for numbers; Outstanding organisational and prioritising abilities; The ability to build positive stakeholder relationships; Proactive and creative problem-solving ability; A sense of humour What we offer As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
