RTO Administrator / Processing Officer — Port Melbourne, Port Phillip

Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak water safety and lifesaving organisation built on the proud traditions and programs of our founding organisations, the Royal Life Saving Society – Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated, and organised Processing Officer to join our Public Training team on a full-time basis where you will deliver outstanding customer service for LSV’s clients. Reporting to the Processing Coordinator, you will work as part of a small but dynamic team to: Process training course documentation and certification for LSV accredited and non-accredited training using the LSV’s Student Management System, Support the Processing Coordinator with document filling and archiving on a regular systematic basis and assist with the broader training course management structures, Support the LSV suite of Swim Teacher, Aquatic Technical Operator and Workplace Supervisor training qualifications and licences through direct candidate and client interaction and processing, Contribute to quality assurance through supporting adherence to VET, ASQA and Industry standards in partnership with the LSV Quality Assurance team, Contribute to the continuous improvement and administration of the Public Training team through assist with the development and improvement of documentation, guidelines, policies and projects, Contribute to the training management system reporting used across all LSV and general training based reports including delivery, attendance, and quality assurance to ensure effective delivery of training, Preparing and coordinating client and contract invoices and deal with follow up enquiries You will be an experienced RTO Administrator / Administration Officer with outstanding customer service and organisational skills. You will possess a high level of attention to detail, be a natural problem-solver and can think on your feet. Relevant administration experience and strong computing literacy will be highly regarded. Whilst not essential, the following will also help you be successful in this role: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Experience in business administration / training or RTO administration Working knowledge of VET compliance requirements Knowledge of Student Management Systems Knowledge of LSV training resources and materials paricularly Swim Teacher Knowledge of water safety, lifesaving, Life Saving Victoria, Surf Life Saving Australia and Royal Life Saving Society Australia.
