Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales and Procurement Officer to join a leading ICT Toowoomba based business Our client is a well-established ICT company that prides itself on its dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering superior service to its clients. They are currently seeking a full-time (38 hours per week), enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join their growing team in Toowoomba. The Administration Officer - Sales and Procurement, will play a vital role in supporting the sales and finance teams through efficient procurement processes, quote preparation, and inventory management. This position requires a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Undertake all company purchasing via the company's procurement process. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ConnectWise and other internal systems. Maintain the schedule of work as detailed in the duty checklist. Take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain and balance stock warehouses in ConnectWise. Manage stock levels, transfers, and monthly stocktakes. Report discrepancies promptly to the Manager, Finance and Administration. Prepare accurate and timely quotes to support the sales team. Manage and progress quotes according to established processes. Update customer agreements to reflect negotiated services accurately. Provide professional, clear, concise, and timely communication internally and externally. Manage procurement and sales boards daily, recording actions against each ticket. General Administration: Register and maintain warranties. Register and renew domains and SSL certificates. Answer the sales phone line and relieve the service team during meetings. Maintain office supplies. Support managers with projects and tasks as needed. Assist in backfilling the role of Finance & HR Officer when unavailable.
