This organisation leads the implementation of a Sustainable Finance Roadmap, working with corporate leaders and government policymakers to accelerate sustainable finance. As the Project Administration Officer, you will coordinate Taxonomy Project activities, manage schedules, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking secretariat functions, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and feedback cataloguing; Supporting engagement and communication with various stakeholders, preparing meeting papers, and note-taking; Coordinating meetings, administrating survey responses, and cataloguing feedback; Managing stakeholder consultation, including meeting coordination, material distribution, and responding to enquiries; Providing executive assistance to the Head of Taxonomy, including scheduling and travel arrangements; Managing project administration, including filing, cataloguing information, managing group inboxes, and scheduling meetings ; AND Balancing individual and team priorities to ensure timely project deliverables. Technical Skills & Qualifications: Post-secondary qualifications in business administration, project or event management, communications, or related fields, or relevant experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project Manager, Teams, SharePoint); Minimum 3-5 years’ post-qualification work experience, preferably in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects; Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and professionally ; Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging various external stakeholders; Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle competing priorities; Ability to independently undertake administrative support work, including organising international meetings, booking travel, and coordinating events ; AND Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
