This administrator is the "glue" that holds the team together Based Direk Are you an experienced Administrator or looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career? As part of the Plant Operations team in SA, your role will be to provide effective administrative support to our Direk Service Centre. As the glue that holds the team together, you will enjoy rolling your sleeves up and using your initiative. This role reports directly to the Service Centre Manager. The key responsibilities of this role include: As the sole administrator for the plant, providing all round administrative support to the team Coordinating staff timesheets and entering data into the system for submission to payroll Coordinating all purchasing including stationery, PPE, uniforms, merchandise, business cards, etc. Providing administrative support for our safety and environment systems Some accounts payable and data reconciliation, including stock and inventory balances Ensuring the smooth functioning of all office based activities Maintaining all filing and records for cost centre management The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: Experience in a busy site administration role The ability to work with minimal supervision, using your initiative to get the job done Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure Preferred Education Not Indicated Preferred Level of Work Experience Not Indicated Remote Type Not Remote We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
