The Role: The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for multiple buildings, overseeing high voltage kit, inspections and preventative and reactive maintenance for a large complex facility. The Duties: Oversee a large team to deliver MEP maintenance services Client facing Ensure contractual obligations are met Manage technical projects Read single line diagrams Supervise powered shutdowns Oversight of emergency reactive maintenance Safety and reliability are priorities The Ideal Person: Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical etc.) Ideally with HV experience/training or exposure to electrical maintenance Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Prior experience in operations Possesses 5-10 years' experience in relevant industry e.g. Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, Manufacturing, Hotels, Hospitals, University, Government, RD, Defence etc. Benefits: Salary range is $150k - $180k Super Onsite in the Gold Coast with some work from home flexibility Great opportunity for someone in their early-mid career looking to step up Strong company culture, collaborative team, great client relationship and future prospects within the organisation This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional business and work on high profile contract in the Gold Coast.
