We’re looking for a Front Counter Receptionist (Administration Assistant) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our facility. You will be responsible for providing administrative support functions for the site and lead the front of house customer service approach to residents, family, visitors and staff of the facility. A typical day will have you: Provide administrative support functions for the site Perform reception/switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needs Ensure promotional resources and information about Benetas is accessible and disseminate appropriate information to clients/families Conduct orientation tours of the site when delegated by the manager Perform administrative tasks as delegated by the manager Maintain office inventory and records Schedule meetings and arrange conferences, training and site events We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in administrative support or customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various computer systems A high attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management skills A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification (desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in an Aged Care environment (desirable) Experience in rosters and accounts and aged care systems (highly regarded) Why work with us? $29 Hourly rate with weekends off Permanent, part-time Not-for-profit salary packaging for $15,800 per year for general bills and expenses, plus an additional $2,500 for meals and entertainment - offering you more take home pay with less tax A proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continues Paid training hours to build your skills Interested in applying: We are proud to provide an inclusive workplace - with a diverse workforce that reflects the client base.
