An agency in the city fringe area is on the hunt for an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to come on board and hit the ground running alongside an award winning team. About the Role: Supervise and offer ongoing support, guidance to a team of 10, marketing and sales support duties To conduct and ensure compliance for all administration duties from appraisal through to settlement To provide support to the administration, finance and HR team as required Compliance relating to agency agreements and property administration Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team Identify strengths specific leverage and share best practice Weekly & monthly reporting Benefits & Culture: Salary package $95,000 - $110,000 Super (depending on experience) Monday to Friday role only Surround yourself with high energy & fun people Loads of ongoing support & upskilling Plenty of coaching & training Brilliant corporate functions & team days Skills & Experience: Leadership - ability to motivate, teach, and inspire other members of the team Strong strategic planning and problem solving skills Able to work unsupervised and time/task orientated, works well in a dynamic team environment Innovation/Improvement - A ‘Game Changer', continually finding ways to increase value and exceed customer expectations.
