Job Opportunity: Administrator About Our Partner: We are seeking for an experienced Administrator with a strong background in transportation and logistics. Role Details: Position: Administrator Employment Type: Temporary Location: Puckapunyal, Victoria Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3 months Hourly Rate: $25 - 40 per hour No accommodation is provided at the moment for this role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Be an integral part of the domestic transport department Manage Transfleet (defense vehicles) Handle administration functions including answering emails and dispatching vehicles Perform data entries (a significant portion of the role) Manage 3-4 average bookings daily Schedule bookings and transport for the transport department Execute clerk duties efficiently Utilize Excel for various administrative tasks Operate SAP for transport and logistics scheduling Ideal Candidate: Current police check required (within the last month) Must have a valid driver's license (due to no close transportation in the area) Extensive experience in the transport and logistics industry or services Proficiency in scheduling transport and logistics Advanced Excel skills TRACKS Integrated Services is an equal opportunity employer.
