Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator/Events Coordinator to provide project administration, events planning & coordinate day to day activities for internal & external stakeholders. About the Opportunity Coordinate day to day senior administrative activities including supporting project requirements. Lead event planning & management requests & prepare activities managing event emails, playbooks & communications. Effectively support administration of Steering Committees & SLT meetings including preparation of presentations & action logs. Prepare supporting documentation for budgets & forecast reviews. Manage building improvement projects & lead operational excellence initiatives. Effectively liaise internally and externally with teams, providing administrative support. About you Previous experience working in a corporate or professional services environment. Previous events planning or events coordination skills. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Able to multitask, work independently & good time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Sound MS Office Skills.
