Haynes are currently seeking a Fleet Administrator - New Vehicles for a valued client in Perth . About the Role: Administer quoting requests from the branch network, account and business teams in a timely manner Source external supplier quotes to accommodate leasing services Create, update and finalise fleet leasing quotations and capex requests, as required Maintain logs, schedules and database with accuracy and be process driven About The Offer: Monday - Friday roster Direct to permanent employment with client Salary is determined based on experience and qualifications Annual bonus on offer Opportunity for career progression across the business About You Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport Strong focus on attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and efficient time management Must be motivated, with a strong work ethic Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel Technical automotive knowledge would be an advantage Valid Rights to Work in Australia At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
