We are looking for a Internal Sales & Aftermarket Representative based in office at Carrum Downs VIC 3201 . You will be working for a global manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps and pump parts. They have a wide product range suitable for the pumping of fluids within the waste water, chemical, food, beverage, paper, mining, mineral processing, marine, agricultural and oil and gas sectors. Primary Responsibilities: Providing customers with quality service – via phone and email Creating technical spare parts quotations and processing Sales Orders with focus on attention to detail Liaising with buyers to follow up on orders and communicating with the global team Resolve problems with customers to ensure the smooth operation of the business Assisting the Account Manager in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and other Ad hoc duties as needed Basic Project Management. Liaising with local Vendors. Perform such other duties, relevant to the position, as may be necessary. Our Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will have a professional attitude, high attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
