Maybe keeping busy makes you happy, but you don’t want to be so busy you don’t have time for you. Maybe it just gives you the flexibility to pick up the kids. Whatever the reason this role is part time 4 days per week. Unless you prefer full time, then we are open to it as well. You probably want to know what’s involved. If you’ve worked in a small business before, you know what it takes. Keep the MD happy. Keep the team happy. Keep the customers happy. All thanks to your efficient communication and administration skills. You’ll work in Battery Point – it’s a pretty little village and there is parking on site for those that get in early enough. Otherwise, it’s a quick stroll from Hobart’s CBD. We would prefer if you had a car as you’ll be required to pop to the bank every now and then. You’ll sit within a team of 22, helping the team do what they do best. You’ll be actioning emails, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, monthly invoicing, events co-ordination, photocopying and shredding and pretty much everything including the kitchen sink (yes you will be on kitchen cleaning duty). By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, don’t worry. Your personality is more important than your exam results. If you already know your way around Reckon & Xero, that will help.
