Responsibilities include: Workflow Management Adding New Clients to the database Setting up jobs for timesheets and collating correct client information Client Engagement Setting up client payment plans for our services Debtor Management Diary Management for Principals Handling all ATO notice and ATO enquiries including penalty remissions Maintaining the database Tax Lodgements Filing and Archiving Collating all tax work Invoicing The successful candidate will be friendly and mature with confident communication skills and a professional business acumen. You will also be proactive and be a positive and helpful team member. You will also have the capability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with management and staff while displaying a professional business acumen.
