Post Completion Administrator — Strathfield South, Strathfield Area

Busy builder/developer is looking for a Post Completion Administrator to join their busy team supporting the Post Completion Manager. Establish and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring a consistent experience from exchange of contract to settlement and handover that reflects the Company brand and aligns with client expectations. The following competencies have been identified as critical to fulfil the requirements of this role: • Good knowledge of processes to ensure the compliance of project quality standards, • Ability to Liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders including consultants and sub-contractors. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time frames; and • Ability to assist in the negotiation of financial terms with both the principal and consultants and subcontractors. POST SALES MANAGEMENT • Assist the Asset & Post Completion Manager with pre-settlement inspections (PSI) • Act as conduit between the development team, construction team, related parties, and clients to work towards the successful settlement of all properties. • Assist with bank valuation inspections and post settlement handover of keys to clients. • Assist with all post-settlement care including defects liability claims. • Liaise with tenants, owners, and sub-contractors to facilitate any defect repairs. • Conduct routine inspections. • Report to senior management accordingly on settlement process and client feedback. • Maintain and lodge and defect repairs through DLP system. COMMUNICATION • Coordinate and facilitate communication between subcontractors to ensure construction delivery requirements are achieved. • Prepare and issue relevant project meeting minutes, programs, and another relevant document if required. • Prepare emails, letters, proposals and reports as instructed by the Asset & Post Completion Manager. QUALITY MANAGEMENT • Comply with the Quality Management procedures. • Monitor and maintain project administration documentation. • Assist with internal audits and with external third-party audits • Monitor work against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed; and • Notify the project team and management of any defects, errors, contamination, or variations identified. • Assist to ensure construction works proceed in accordance with all relevant contractual requirements. QUALIFICATIONS • Tertiary qualification in property, sales or related is preferable. • Certificate of Registration. • A Current Driver’s Licence EXPERIENCE • 3 years of property management experience • Understanding of property and building management processes. • Client focused and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
