About the role This newly created position provides a range of project and administrative support in implementing transformative initiatives, including practice improvement within our WA mental health services team. This is a 6-9-month max term, part-time contract (3 days Monday-Friday) located in Perth. This role will be primarily based in Ngatti House Fremantle, our office in Leederville, with some ability to work from home. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver business outcomes Undertake research and analysis to support key projects Support the Program Manager in coordinating work and delivering on project milestones Develop and monitor project plans, including coordinating resources, tracking budgets and ensuring project milestones are met Provide project administration support, which may include preparing status updates, reports and discussion papers for a range of stakeholders Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Project Coordinator or similar, coordinating a variety of projects that deliver key outcomes within a large organisation Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders Strong attention to detail and written communication skills for creation of reports, correspondence, and other material Ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and to quality standards Proficient ability in the use of MS Office suite of programs Ability to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and operate with integrity and honesty Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
