Here at SACARE, we are seeking Community Support Workers that possess the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to provide individualised care to our participants within home care settings working with Children and Young People living with a disability. About the role: Supporting Children and Young People who are NDIS Home Based participants who require day-to-day home based support, you will be working across a specific roster for the individual participants based on their individual needs. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that SACARE’s high standard of care is delivered to each participant.
