We want you Our client are a leading Property Investment & Finance company located within Brisbane's western suburbs. They require some help with their day to day client management & general support to the Sales department for a 2 month contract, possibility for further extension. This role is responsible for providing their clients with efficient, intelligent and elegant customer service & ensuring new clients are set up and kept completely updated throughout the initial process. Monday to Friday | 2 Month Contract | Full Time or part time flex hours | $40-45 per hour, plus super | Occasional after hours phone calls What are the Roles and Responsibilities of this Role? Managing and Capturing New Bookings & Calendar Management Providing administration support to the Sales team Creation, checking and sending of all Invoices. Client Communication throughout the initial stages of appointments Updating systems with accurate & relevant client information Quality Assurance & Operational Assistance Who is best suited to this Role? This role is best suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and respects the judgment and dedication required in managing many urgent conflicting tasks whilst delivering impeccable attention to detail. You are deeply personable; You have impeccable attention to detail; You are able to approach complex situations with composure and initiative; You value the big picture and never make decisions in isolation; You can effectively multitask whilst knowing when something requires your full attention.
