Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin and Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for resolving real-time live problems and implementing changes to inflight catering to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live inquiries and resolve issues related to inflight catering promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with various departments to implement changes to catering orders as per client requirements or operational needs. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all catering orders, changes, and resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our catering services. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency in catering operations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Adhere to the 24/7 roster schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure round-the-clock support for our clients. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry. Strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues in real-time. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks under pressure. Flexibility to work on a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays. Willingness to travel to the office in Mascot, Sydney, as required.
