Work Placement Administrator — Southbank, Melbourne

Opportunity We are seeking an administrator to join our Work placement team where you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and administration of work placement for our students. You will liaise with external stakeholders, organise placement schedules, and ensure a smooth experience for both students and placement hosts. If you have the passion for the Industry and are an exceptional administrator then Stirling wants to hear from you About the role Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities Report on the progress of employer relationships, placement, challenges, risks and opportunities Coordinate with the AAC, employer and student to ensure all submitted paperwork is completed and compliant Maintain accurate records of student placements, including contact details, placement schedules, and feedback received from placement hosts. Assist with the preparation and distribution of placement agreements, orientation materials, and other relevant documents. Respond promptly to inquiries from students, placement hosts, and internal staff regarding placement-related matters. Would this describe you?
