Due to continued growth and demand, we are currently seeking an experienced and energised Electrical Engineering Draftsperson to join the team in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This position will play an active role in providing CAD design support to the client’s engineering team, in particular emphasis assigned to customer design base support. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and releasing 3D wiring models Responsible for creating and releasing 3D component models Supporting the creation and releasing of 2D wiring harness drawings from EDS project engineers Support CAD resource for each design project Provide Data Administration support for all Engineering CATIA data, supporting customer meetings as required Drawing and document control for EDS Engineering Control of sample parts Liaise between Company, Customers and Sales department if required Support the cost submission interface with sales and internal departments Support planning of design change release timing and managing the implementation of design change at those times.
