About the role The Senior System Engineer is responsible for the administration, management, and maintenance of services across Cloud Infrastructure and on-premises at EOS. This is a hands-on technical role to ensure that the company Infrastructure is maintained to meet the company requirements. Working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, you will work with the team in designing, implementing, and managing business-critical infrastructure/services across several multi-disciplinary agile product teams supporting, sustaining, and enhancing mission systems that deliver value directly to EOS Employees In this role you will: Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation of Infrastructure services and solutions. Maintain and enhance the current infrastructure, evaluating new technologies and making/implementing recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and build a well-architected, secure, and cost-efficient platform. Manage problems and requests in line with the ITIL framework by utilising vendor and customised in-house toolsets. Provide tier 3 infrastructure and application platform support, ensuring effective service delivery and service levels are met for timely response and quality resolution of problems. Develop and deploy solutions as part of agile sprints or projects in accordance with process, standards, and priority. Desired Skills and Experience About You As an IT System Administrator, you will be willing to learn and be responsible for technically demanding tasks. You will have a positive attitude and be a punctual and relied upon team member. You will have a high attention to detail and work effectively within a team.
