Full-time temporary up to 17/2/25 About the role The Administrative Officer, Echocardiogram Service is accountable to the Coordinator, Cardiology for the provision of a comprehensive, confidential reception and clerical service to the Echocardiogram Service. This includes daily management bookings of patients attending the hospital, compiling documentation associated with the attendance and responding to enquiries from patients, relatives, hospital staff and others. The Administrative Officer is a member of the administrative team in the Cardiology Unit and will from time to time be required to undertake the duties of other administrative officers in the team within the Cardiology Unit.
