Receptionist & Administration Support — Ballarat Region, Victoria

The Role The Reception and Administration Support role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing success of the Freedom Finance Accounting Team. From initial enquiry to managing appointments, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional standards of customer service that Freedom Finance are known for. You will also leverage your experience in a similar role, and proactive and professional approach, to ensure all general administration duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role would suit someone with current reception and administration experience who is looking to join a friendly and supportive team. Duties Provide high quality customer service both in-person and over the phone Manage all client bookings and enquiries Manage and maintain internal systems and databases, including data entry Provide other ad-hoc support to senior members of the Freedom Finance team as required Other general administrative duties as required Skills & Experience Experience in a similar customer service and administration role in the professional services industry Excellent written and verbal customer service and stakeholder management skills Sound ICT skills with experience using CRM/client database software A proactive and positive approach to work Strong attention to detail Benefits Full-time role competitive salary Ongoing role with team support and continual learning opportunities Join a supportive and friendly team culture with great staff retention Please Note The successful applicant must have unlimited Australian working rights and will be required to satisfactorily pass a Police check report prior to commencement.
